Chiropractic → Back Pain grows in Winter

Many people who suffer from chronic back pain feel worse in the autumn and winter months. This is due to a seasonal shortage of vitamin D. Vitamin of sun, as it is called, is formed in the skin by ultraviolet rays. However, even in the sunniest parts of the world, this vitamin is necessary for maintaining healthy bones, not enough in the winter months.

8 out of 10 people regularly suffer from back pain. The reason may be not only injuries or diseases of the spine and bones, such as herniation of intervertebral disk or osteochondrosis, but the lack of vitamins.
