Many believe that the fresh juices are useful in any quantities and definitely harmless. However, it is not. The same juice someone helps, but anyone can do much harm. Healing power of juice should not be overestimated. It is, first of all, food. Their therapeutic effect is not so much expressed as a medicine. With the juice therapy can not cope with the disease, can only support the organism.

Be careful. In some cases fresh juices are contraindicated. For example, if ulcer disease, gastritis and pancreatitis aggravation is not worth drinking acidic juices: lemon, orange, apple, blackberry, cranberry. There are many organic compounds, which increase the acidity of gastric juice, can cause heartburn and pain attack.

Most people all over the World have switched from eating processed foods to eating organic. I'm not sure I understand their reasoning behind it but all they feel better, have ambitions for starting something new, have lost weight at least (and that’s very important).

1) Eat everything but within limits.
2) Eat slowly.
3) Eat at the appointed time.
4) Rate calories.
5) Eat more strawberry and grapefruit.
6) Drink more green tea.
