Maternity and Paternity → The Ten Commandments of expectant mother

If you follow these 10 commandments future mother will become a real mother of a healthy baby. Do everything possible to ensure that your child is fully developed over 9 months!
Commandment number 1. Fresh air
A pregnant woman should walking a lot. Every day, no less than one hour. It is better to walk in the wood, park or garden. First, the norms of motor activity respect, and second, the fresh air increases blood circulation, which is useful for mother and her baby.
Commandment number 2. Vitamins
At a time when most people have hypovitaminosis and lower immunity, modern women during pregnancy need to take special vitamin and mineral preparations. These vitamins assist to the normal state of health of pregnant woman, enhance the immune system, protecting woman, and the fetus colds colds. The best thing to start taking vitamins for three months before conception, to advance to prepare the body for the forthcoming pregnancy.
