Beauty and Style → How to Improve Complexion

«Health And The City» will tell you how to keep your skin fresh and healthy and how to improve your complexion without cosmetics.

Products, such as sour cream and cottage cheese give a good fairness and freshening effect. In order to improve your complexion, put a sour cream or cottage cheese layer on your skin and leave it for 20 minutes. If it is possible, try to use non-polluting products.

Beauty and Style → How to Stop a Skin From Aging?

Skin is the largest organ of the body and no wonder it shows our exact age. We'll tell why some people look young, and others look old.

The thing is that each of us ages in different ways. Experts differentiate photoageing and biological aging of skin. These two processes have different causes and lead to different skin manifestations.

Biological aging, in other words the decline of your skin over the years, is characterized by a decrease in basic cell activity and the enzyme system of your skin. Your skin gets thinner, metabolic processes are slowed down, the state of proteins (collagen and elastin) as well as structural intercellular elements (such as hyaluronic acid) change. As a result, the elasticity and tone of your skin decreases and wrinkles appear. Also, because of a delay in exchange processes, your skin takes on a dim shade.
Photoageing is a result of ultraviolet influence. It causes chronic inflammatory reactions which affect your skin’s original protection from sun rays. The epidermis and the stratum corneum thicken unevenly; there are changes in the skin structure and vascular disruption. In outward appearance it is shown as dryness, pigmented spots, roughness, and wrinkles.
