Sexual marathons that last for a half of the night are boring for partners, according to researchers. They found that the ideal sex should last about 10 minutes.

Experts have calculated exactly how much needs to continue sexual contact, which will bring joy and satisfaction for both men and women.

Scientists, of course, didn't sit with a stopwatch in bedrooms, instead, they interviewed 50 members of the Community of sexual therapy and research, which includes experts advising couples with sexual problems.

Different data were obtained, and the ideal time period established by purely arithmetical way, determining the average between too short a time for sex (7 minutes) and too long (13 minutes).

And this time period is 10 minutes. It is interesting that a significant number of women who complain of cruelty and selfishness of their partners, and just say that their men active in a bed for exactly 10 minutes.

So are the men do everything strictly as it necessary by science?
