Fitness → Sports Trainers

Sports Trainers are divided into 2 groups:

I) Weight-lifting trainers (train outer muscular system and joints, improve your muscles).

1)Weight and dumb-bells (all muscles are active).
2)Machines with levers and units (the weight can regulate and it’s possible to work out definite muscular group).

II) Cardio logical trainers (all main muscles are working. Trainings take more time)

1) Track.
2) Exercise bicycle.
3) Stepper.
4) Rowing machine.

All these machines regulate cardiovascular and respiratory systems, help to lose weight.
